Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking a Project Surveyor to support lift installation projects across the Midlands and the South of England. This home-based role requires travel to head office and customer sites, with hours 08:00–16:45 Mon-Thu and 08:00–16:15 Fri.

You will manage site surveys, provide technical advice, and ensure projects are prepared to the highest quality, safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry, specifically lift installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, dimensional checks and pre-start inspections to guide project delivery.
• Champion health and safety standards and ensure site readiness before installation.
• Advise customers, sales and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships through effective communication and site management.
• Maintain accurate reports and coordinate project activities to ensure installations.
