Job summary

The Caring Physio is seeking an experienced community physiotherapist to provide home-based care across Gloucester, Stroud and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan and deliver rehabilitation in patients' homes, supporting independence and recovery.

You will join a compassionate team with strong clinical leadership and flexible diary arrangements, enabling 3 hours up to 2 days per week depending on caseload and preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience as a physiotherapist, including at least 2 years in the NHS.
• Experience in care of the elderly, frailty, neurology and orthopaedics.
• HCPC registration is mandatory and you must have the right to work in the UK.
• You will work in patients' homes and build rehabilitation plans around their living spaces.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based physiotherapy to patients in Gloucestershire and Stroud.
• Manage your diary and caseload with flexible hours.
• Coordinate with families and care teams to implement rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the patient's home.
