Job summary

Connexus is recruiting a Carpenter Multi Skilled for the Voids team. The role involves delivering multi-skilled carpentry repairs and related maintenance across Connexus Housing properties. You will work independently and as a key team member, with travel to sites as needed.

The position requires a carpentry apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ/City & Guilds, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Training will be provided, and you may join an out-of-hours emergency service when required.

Qualifications

• apprenticeship in Carpentry or equivalent City & Guilds or NVQ in Carpentry.
• experienced in multi-skill carpentry repairs and building maintenance.
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-skilled carpentry repairs and other building maintenance tasks.
• Work across Connexus Housing sites and report to Voids team lead.
• Participate in repairs/out-of-hours emergency service when required.
