Job summary

Leading Risk Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Fire Consultant to work on home-based assignments with regional travel around Oxford. You will conduct fire risk assessments and health and safety audits for diverse commercial clients, delivering bespoke documentation and safety management systems.

The role requires IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications or equivalents and strong communication skills to support on-site risk assessments and training across client sites.

Qualifications

• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience delivering fire risk assessments and audits.
• Ability to operate across multi-site environments with travel.

Responsibilities

• Attend client sites and conduct Health & Safety risk assessments and audits.
• Provide bespoke Health & Safety documentation and management systems.
• Carry out and create Fire risk assessments and client risk assessments.
• Create Health & Safety Management reports and related documentation.
• Survey premises to identify client requirements and conduct safety audits.
• Advise and coach staff on Company Procedures and legal compliance.
• Ensure compliance with occupational H&S and environmental legislation.
• Perform audits and inspections across the business.
• Deliver client training on health & safety management systems.
• Support multi-site clients with safety guidance and implementation.
