Job summary
Yolk Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain industrial water treatment equipment across customer sites in the North, with home-based travel from a UK base. You will diagnose faults, perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, and support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
The role suits an electromechanical engineer with strong fault-finding skills, a driving licence, and the ability to work independently while representing the company
Qualifications
- Strong electromechanical engineering background
- Hands-on experience maintaining and fault finding industrial equipment
- Good communication skills with customers
- Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across customer sites.
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding on industrial plant and equipment.
- Servicing and troubleshooting pumps, motors, valves, pipework, controls or process plant.
- Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Diagnosing faults and getting critical customer equipment back into operation.
- Providing technical support to customers and plant operators.
