City & County Healthcare Group's Total Community Care team in the South West is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury living at home. You will help with a range of therapies at home and in local facilities, ensuring comfort and safety.

Based in Bugle, St Austell, you will work with the client's care team across home, local services and specialist centres, bringing empathy, reliability and client-focused care to daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a range of therapies at home, in local facilities and at specialist centres.
• Support a client with spinal cord injury living in his own home.
