Job summary

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Chanctonbury Community Nursing Team in Steyning. The role covers adult community nursing with a focus on delivering high-quality care in patients' homes and promoting independence through holistic assessment and ongoing professional development.

You will work autonomously within a supportive team, with access to induction and pathways towards District Nursing and specialist interests.

Qualifications

• RN qualification/degree or diploma.
• ENB 998 or equivalent or working towards.
• Evidence of a range of clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes.
• Deliver a range of community nursing interventions (wound care, catheter care, medication administration).
• Carry out holistic assessments and manage a caseload.
• Maintain accurate records and use digital systems in line with policy.
