Merriman Grange is a luxurious residential and dementia care home based in Worthing offering state-of-the-art facilities, including 72 large ensuite bedrooms and 5 luxury care suites. The home features lounges, dining rooms, an on-site café bar, cinema, and a hair and beauty salon.

We are adding an additional Home Admissions Advisor to our team. We seek an ambitious, dedicated, and compassionate sales professional to support our sales and marketing operations, ensuring we meet and exceed budget targets and fill the home with the appropriate client base while maximising revenue.

You will uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service, promoting the values and vision of the Cinnamon Care Collection. The role involves promoting the home, conducting external business development, and establishing community and professional links.

Main Responsibilities
  • Update and produce reports on the Sales and Marketing activity database regularly.
  • Coordinate input from team members and assist in handling sales and marketing inquiries.
  • Gather and follow up on customer information and data.
  • Assist in sales and marketing events, preparing and coordinating activities.
  • Record and follow up sales leads to achieve targets.
  • Manage potential residents' pipeline to maximise revenue.
  • Develop and maintain contacts with care influences and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Be flexible to cover the Sales & Marketing office across seven days, including weekends and evenings as needed.
Person Specification

This role requires close collaboration with the General Manager. You should be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable. Confident and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing abilities. Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure is essential.
