Position Details

Emerson Park is a luxurious Care Village situated in Hextable, near Swanley. This stunning care village comprises 47 independent living apartments as well as an 85-bed nursing, residential, and dementia care home.

We have an exciting opportunity as we are adding an additional Home Admissions Advisor to our team. We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated, and compassionate sales person who will work alongside our current Home Admissions Advisor to ensure the effective daily operation of Sales and Marketing, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base, and maximising revenue. Support may occasionally be required at our other local homes in Blackheath and Kenley. Part-time hours may be considered.

You will demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service at all times while promoting the values and vision of the Cinnamon Care Collection. Our Home Admissions Advisors are expected to promote the homes, carry out external business development, and establish community and professional links.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Update the Sales and Marketing activity database regularly and produce activity reports as needed.
  2. Coordinate input from all team members.
  3. Assist in answering all sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, including brochure requests and internet inquiries.
  4. Gather information and follow up on responses and data from customers.
  5. Assist at sales and marketing events, focusing on preparation and coordination.
  6. Record and follow up sales leads to meet sales targets.
  7. Prepare reports within deadlines ensuring accuracy.
  8. Manage the pipeline of potential residents to maximise revenue and meet sales goals.
  9. Develop and maintain contacts with key care influences and community partners.
  10. Identify new sales opportunities and work towards closing them.
  11. Be flexible to cover the Sales & Marketing office over seven days, including weekends and evenings as required.

This role involves close collaboration with the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and eager to excel.
