Oakley Grange is a luxurious residential and dementia care home based in Warwick offering state-of-the-art facilities, which include 66 large en-suite bedrooms and 5 luxury care suites. The home also features luxurious lounges and dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema, and a professional hair and beauty salon.

We have an exciting opportunity as we are adding an additional Home Admissions Advisor to our team. We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated, and compassionate sales person who will work alongside our current Home Admissions Advisor to ensure the effective daily operation of Sales and Marketing, while meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base, and maximising revenue.

You will demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service at all times whilst promoting the values and vision of the Cinnamon Care Collection.

Our HAAs are expected to promote the homes at all times and carry out external business development, establishing community and professional links.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Update the Sales and Marketing activity database regularly and produce activity reports as needed.
  2. Coordinate input from all team members.
  3. Assist in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, including brochure requests, internet enquiries, and other channels.
  4. Gather information and collate responses and data from customers, including following up on outstanding information.
  5. Assist at Sales and Marketing events, focusing on preparation and coordination of all sales events and exhibitions.
  6. Record and follow up on sales leads to ensure targets are met.

Ensure all reports are prepared accurately and within the required timescale.

Manage and update the pipeline of potential residents and forecast when they are likely to become permanent residents, to maximise revenue and meet sales targets.

Develop new contacts and maintain regular relationships with key care influences.

Identify new sales opportunities and work towards closing these opportunities.

Be flexible to cover the Sales & Marketing office over seven days, including weekends and evenings as required.

Person Specification

  • This role involves working closely with the General Manager. You should be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable. Confidence, enthusiasm, and a desire to excel are essential. You must be able to prioritize your workload and work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing abilities, are vital.
