We seek a friendly sales professional with a healthcare background to support our home in increasing occupancy. Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within a care home setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to present effectively to individuals and groups
• Experience in building relationships within local communities
• Full UK driving license

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent Barchester and our state-of-the-art home professionally and warmly
2. Manage all sales activities for the home
3. Engage with potential residents over the phone and conduct informative, welcoming tours
4. Understand and respond to the needs of residents and their families
5. Handle sales inquiries promptly
6. Generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
7. Maintain and update the contacts database
