Job Description:

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring effective store operations. They are part of the store leadership team, driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of sales goals.
