Job Description:

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, focused on driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing routines
  • Product knowledge and brand awareness
  • Understanding business operations
  • Proactive thinking and attention to detail
  • Use of register/point of sales systems
  • Asset protection
  • Visual displays
  • System skills
  • Work schedule varies, with at least 16 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Hours may increase during peak times.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing personality, assertiveness
  • Flexibility, stress tolerance, poise, ambition
  • Multi-tasking, applied learning, diversity and inclusion awareness
  • Strong work ethic and knowledge of omni-channel services
