Job description

We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners at Crom Estate.

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Responsible for two changeovers per week.

Salary: £11.64 per hour

Interview: 20 November 2024

Internally, you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader.'

What you'll be doing

You will induct new staff and support an efficient, effective, and flexible service, ensuring cover for changeovers, service cleans, and house opening, while maintaining high presentation standards. You will coordinate routine maintenance and repairs and handle customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.

Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management are essential. You should be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.

Who we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Practical experience in an operational role within a holiday environment
  • A good understanding of standards of housekeeping, presentation, and maintenance
  • Some supervisory experience, good people skills, and confidence in handling various situations including incidents and complaints
