What you will be doing as our new Reception Rockstar

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and effectively
  • Manage phone calls and emails in a polite and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in working with computers and telephones (training will be provided on internal booking systems)
  • Professional phone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Please note we do not offer any live-in positions; your own transport will be required to get to work. Public bus route is also right outside.
