Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a young person with autism and anxiety during school holidays in Ashington. The role focuses on helping the young person access social and leisure activities, build confidence and independence.

Hours are 4 hours per week across school holidays; rates are £14.67 per hour for employed status or £18.92 per hour for self-employed status. A DBS check is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a young person with autism and anxiety.
• Ability to build rapport and encourage independence.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
• Willing to undergo enhanced DBS check where required.

• Support access to social and leisure activities during school holidays.
• Accompanying the young person to archery sessions and community outings.
