As our Regional Designate Holiday Homes Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of making that magic happen. This isn’t just about hitting targets; it’s about guiding your teams to success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and turning holiday dreams into reality.
You’ll be the resilient strength behind a buzzing sales office—planning marketing campaigns, managing your team like a pro, and making sure every customer feels valued and excited about their new holiday home. From park tours to post-purchase care, you’ll own every step of the journey, making sure it’s smooth, memorable and above all, enjoyable.
Base salary £41,200. On target earnings £65,000.

What you will be doing...It’s important to mention that to be successful in this role you will have to be open to working when the park is busy, which is on weekends and during holidays.
