This role is about guiding a team to success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and turning holiday dreams into reality.

You’ll be the driving force behind a busy sales office—planning marketing campaigns, managing your team, and ensuring every customer feels valued and excited about their holiday home. From park tours to post-purchase care, you’ll oversee every step, making sure it’s smooth, memorable, and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to exceed targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Planning creative marketing campaigns and seasonal events.
  • Guiding customers through park tours, funding options, and ensuring excellent after-sales care.
  • Analyzing sales data to optimize team performance.
  • Managing stock, marketing, and daily operations.
  • Maintaining safety standards to protect staff, customers, and visitors.

Note: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential for success in this role.
