Job summary

Haven is hiring a Holiday Home Sales Advisor in Tenby, Pembrokeshire. You'll help families find their perfect holiday home at our Kiln Park parks, supported by full product training and ongoing coaching.

This is a target-driven role with commission and an OTE of 50k+. You'll also build relationships with existing owners for part-exchanges, while delivering outstanding customer experiences. A full UK driving licence is a bonus. We offer training, career development, and exclusive team perks.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in caravan, car, or estate sales.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets in a high-pressure setting.
• Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
