Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to turn dreams of holiday home ownership into reality across our UK parks. You will build relationships with customers, showcase our parks, and guide them from enquiry to close while hitting targets and budgets.

The role rewards success with a substantial on-target earnings package and opportunities for career development within one of the UK’s largest holiday park organisations. Weekend work is required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Resilient nature with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales role is desirable.
• Confident working towards budgets & KPIs, with a target-driven approach and a desire to exceed targets set.
• Ability to work weekends, supporting sales activity during peak periods.
