This position will be based at Wide Horizons holiday park, Aberaeron, Ceredigion, Wales.

Barkers Leisure is a family-run collection of holiday parks and retreats based in Wales. Each location has been hand-picked with the sole purpose of exploring the natural beauty of Wales, on coastal paths, award-winning beaches, or the rolling hills.

Wide Horizons - Your Holiday Park

This position is located in the picturesque coastal town of Aberaeron. Wide Horizons Holiday Park offers an incredible opportunity for a passionate sales professional. Our park boasts breathtaking sea views and a scenic coastal path that connects Newquay and Aberaeron, making it a prime location for attracting visitors. With 100 well-appointed bases and high visibility from the bustling A487 road, you'll benefit from fantastic passing traffic and ample opportunities to showcase our unique offerings.

What are we looking for

We are looking for a hard-working, experienced, self-motivated salesperson that will push to hit targets while maintaining professionalism with our guests. With 7 holiday parks within our company, you will have a great range of stock in all budgets to help maintain a high sales rate.

Rate of pay and commissions are based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.

What to expect working in this role

  1. Selling of caravans and holiday lodges.
  2. A good understanding of our sales process and ensuring paperwork is accurately completed.
  3. Using a variety of methods to generate leads, such as social media, updating the website, and making telephone calls.
  4. Periodically checking site license agreements to help generate new potential sales leads.
  5. Fully understanding our company to help guide potential new buyers to the correct park and holiday home within our group.
  6. Being able to tour guests around Wide Horizons Holiday Park.
  7. Being able to work well alongside our team.
  8. Must work bank holidays and weekends throughout the holiday season.
