Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Cleaner to help create a spotless first impression for every guest. Your hands-on role ensures holiday homes are cleaned to the highest standards, safe, spotless, and beautifully presented, contributing to memorable stays.

You'll manage your own workload, follow COSHH guidelines, and build positive relationships with guests. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and bank holidays, a positive attitude, and the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Access to accommodation to perform hands-on cleaning, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
• Ability to work at fast pace while communicating and carrying out plans of work efficiently.
• Positive and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean holiday homes to high-quality brand standards.
• Manage own workload to deliver required number of cleans in allocated time.
• Use company-supplied chemicals and cleaning materials safely within COSHH guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption to their stay.
• Proactively use feedback to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Report faults, repairs or other issues to the Accommodation Supervisor promptly.
