Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is recruiting a Cleaner to help ensure our holiday homes are clean, safe and beautifully presented for guests. You will be hands-on, manage your workload, and use COSHH-compliant cleaning materials while delivering high-quality standards across our parks.

You will be part of a team that values friendly, proactive staff who put guests first and use feedback to improve service and efficiency. DBS checks may be carried out where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Ability to access accommodation and perform hands-on cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied days including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, communicate effectively and follow complex plans of work.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clean holiday homes to high-quality brand standards.
• Manage workload to deliver required number of cleans within allocated time.
• Use company-supplied chemicals safely within COSHH guidelines.
• Prioritise guests, build positive relationships and resolve queries with minimal disruption.
• Use feedback to improve quality and efficiency; report faults to the Accommodation Supervisor promptly.
