KOOSA Kids are recruiting now for our Holiday Club Fast Track Manager Programme, based at venues in Reading and surrounding Berkshire locations. This zero-hours role offers £14.50 per hour with the chance to work across school holidays and gain hands-on management training.

Join a friendly, supportive environment and help deliver activities to children aged 4–13 in line with Ofsted standards. Full training provided with opportunities to progress within KOOSA Kids.

Qualifications

• Assist with and learn day-to-day operations of a holiday club.
• Deliver programmed activities to children aged 4–13.
• Ensure activities meet KOOSA Kids and Ofsted standards.
• Maintain safety and behaviour of children in your allocated group.
• Full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist with and learn how to manage day to day operations of a holiday club.
• Actively participate in delivering programmed activities to children aged 4-13, encouraging participation and FUN.
• Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids and Ofsted standards.
• Maintain overall responsibility for safety and behaviour in your group, under supervision.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for the children in your care.
• Follow the programme and safety points; training provided.
