Job summary

KOOSA Kids Ltd is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Holiday Club Fast Track Manager Programme across Hampshire venues during school holidays. Work flexible days, gain experience with children aged 4-13, and enjoy a supportive, fun environment.

You will help with day-to-day operations, deliver activities, ensure safety and Ofsted standards, and benefit from full training, career progression, and excellent pay up to £14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of a holiday club.
• Deliver activities to children aged 4-13, encouraging participation.
• Ensure activities meet KOOSA Kids and Ofsted standards.
• Support the Holiday Club Supervisor in organising activities and maintaining safety.
• Provide a safe, secure environment and promote FUN for all children.

KOOSA Kids are RECRUITING NOW for our Holiday Club Fast Track Manager Programme at a number of venues across Hampshire including Andover, Aldershot, Fleet and Hook.

Join us for upcoming holiday periods, including: Christmas ( 21st - 23rd Dec 26) , February Half Term, Easter, May Half Term and the Summer Holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and learn how to manage day to day operations of a holiday club
• Actively and enthusiastically take part in & deliver programmed activities to children aged 4-13, encouraging all children to take part and have as much FUN as possible
• Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards
• Directed by the Holiday Club Supervisor, maintain overall responsibility for, or assist in, the organisation and delivery of activities and manage the overall safety and behaviour of the children in your allocated group
• Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care
• Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!
• Ensure activities are delivered according to the programme set out, following all recommended safety points
• Full training provided
