The Fast Track Manager Programme is a uniquely designed programme to teach you the essential skills to manage a KOOSA Kids Holiday Club.
Availability: We are looking for new team members with ongoing availability during the school holidays, starting with the summer holidays (21st July to 29th August). Ongoing school holidays include October Half Term, Christmas Holidays, February Half Term, the Easter Holidays and May Half Term.
You will be shadowing experienced KOOSA Kids staff and following a uniquely designed Fast Track Manager Programme, learning on the job all the essential skills required to manage a KOOSA Kids Holiday Club.
Training subjects include KOOSA Kids and Ofsted policies and procedures, EYFS, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management, customer service, among others.
Previous experience of leading a team within a holiday club, after school club, or similar childcare setting, along with a keen interest in working with children and leadership development, is essential. You will actively participate in & deliver programmed activities to children aged 4-13, encouraging all children to take part and have as much FUN as possible.
