Job Opportunity: Holiday Camp Play Leader

Let's Play is seeking individuals to deliver engaging activities during our Fun Weeks at Wycombe Leisure Centre, High Wycombe. The role involves delivering sessions to a high standard, catering to children aged 5-12 of all abilities.

The daily schedule includes activities such as Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle/Soft Play, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building, and Arts and Crafts, aimed at positively impacting young children.

Essential Requirements:

• Interest and passion for working with primary-aged children through fun games
• Willingness to develop coaching skills
• Punctuality, reliability, and commitment
• Experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to interact effectively with children, teachers, and parents

Preferred Requirements:

• Clean UK driver’s license
• Experience in childcare settings
• Willingness to deliver additional activities like Arts & Crafts, Multi-Sports
• Relevant qualifications from Sixth Form, College, or University

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver fun, challenging, and realistic sessions for children
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Maintain high standards in coaching delivery
• Follow our philosophy of Fun, Inclusive, and Educational activities
• Understand and meet individual needs of children
• Handle first aid/emergency situations appropriately
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers
• Ensure each session is delivered with passion and creativity
