Let's Play - Holiday Camp Play Leader

Let's Play is seeking energetic individuals to deliver engaging activities during school holiday Fun Weeks at Windsor Leisure Centre, Windsor. Responsibilities include conducting sessions to a high standard, catering to children aged 5 to 12 of varying abilities.

The daily schedule features activities from our curated program aimed at positively impacting young children. Activities include: Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle/Soft Play, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building, and Arts & Crafts.

Essential Requirements

1. Passion for working with primary-aged children and facilitating fun games.
2. Willingness to develop coaching skills.
3. Punctuality, reliability, and commitment.
4. Experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to interact effectively with children, teachers, and parents.

Preferred Requirements

1. Clean UK driver’s license.
2. Experience in childcare settings.
3. Willingness to deliver activities like Arts & Crafts and Multi-Sports.
4. Relevant qualifications from Sixth Form, College, or University.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Deliver challenging, realistic, and fun sessions for primary-aged children.
2. Create a positive learning environment.
3. Maintain high standards in coaching delivery.
4. Follow our philosophy of Fun, Inclusive, and Educational activities.
5. Understand and engage with the individual needs of children.
6. Handle first aid or emergency situations appropriately.
7. Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
8. Ensure each session is delivered to the best of your ability.
9. Be creative and passionate in your delivery.
