We are looking for multiple seasonal roles available to support our summer Holiday Clubs including:

Lowestoft Site:

We are recruiting for a Lead Coach (Sports); Lead Coach (Crafts); Lead Coach (Football); Assistant Coach (Sports)

Ipswich Site:

We are recruiting for a Lead Coach (Arts & Crafts); Lead Coach (Football); Assistant Coach (Sports); Assistant Coach (Arts & Crafts)

Your role

We’re looking for brilliant people to help run our holiday camps for 5–12 year olds. Maybe you’re a teacher, TA, coach or youth worker… If you’ve got experience leading groups of kids and love being part of a team that makes a difference, you’ll fit right in.

What makes a great team member?

  • You’re upbeat, kind, and confident leading a group
  • You know how to plan and run engaging activities
  • You’re a good communicator
  • You’re organised and happy to muck in (tidying, meal times, transitions - the lot)
  • You’ve got a DBS (or we can help you get one)
  • Bonus: SEN experience, sport or a creative skill like art, drama or music!


You’ll help shape a safe, playful and inclusive experience for children in Suffolk. Plus, you’ll go home knowing you made a real difference.
