Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking an Activity Instructor for the October Holiday Camp at LVS Ascot, Ascot, Berkshire. You will deliver a range of structured activities for children aged 6-14, focusing on participation, development and fun, while safeguarding their welfare.

You will work with a team, lead a group of children, liaise with the Camp Manager and/or parents, and help maintain high standards of physical, emotional and social care.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children and delivering activities.
• Able to tailor delivery and structure of a session according to age and ability.
• Be enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about developing children through play and activity.
• Good organisation and communication skills. Confident in leading a group of children.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver activities for children aged 6-14, focusing on participation, development and enjoyment.
• Take a pastoral role as a group leader, welcoming new children and liaising with the Camp Manager/parents.
• Supervise and engage with children outside activity times and promote their welfare.
