In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results... whilst having fun along the way!
You will be fully accountable for your store's performance, working alongside your Territory Leader to identify opportunities impacting KPI's, customer service, team development, and overall sales - so that we are playing to win!
