It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Deputy Manager to join our growing Milton Keynes team.

The Store:

We are looking for a skilled and talented Deputy Manager to lead a team in our Milton Keynes Store.

As our Deputy Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and being customer obsessed, while also curating a unique and stylish store for fashion-forward individuals and delivering exceptional customer service. Our store is a destination for trendsetters seeking the latest fashion must-haves.

The Role:

In your store, you will create a customer-obsessed atmosphere. You will deliver a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion. You will lead a team that supports each other and delivers results…whilst having fun along the way!

You will be fully accountable for your store's performance, working alongside your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and sales – playing to win!

  • Previous large store management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Passion for the New Look brand
  • Experience in delivering and exceeding KPIs and objectives
  • Commercial acumen
  • Good understanding of P&L and compliance reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
