***This is a HNW, low volume, high value life insurance opportunity. We are looking for someone who is consultative, highly customer service focused, to work with HNW clients to provide bespoke protection insurance solutions (Life, CIC, ASU etc). We are NOT looking for someone who is from a high volume, transactional insurance role***

About the Role:

As a Protection Adviser, you’ll work closely with HNW clients to meet their insurance needs, including life insurance, critical illness, family protection, and income protection. You’ll collaborate with the team to ensure clients receive holistic, end-to-end financial solutions while building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer bespoke advice on a range of protection products to suit individual client needs.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with HNW clients.
  • Collaborate with the mortgage team to provide comprehensive financial services.
  • Review and update client protection plans as circumstances evolve.
  • Stay informed on market trends, products, and regulatory updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Protection Adviser / Protection Broker.
  • Expertise in life insurance, critical illness, and family protection products.
  • Professional, personable, and relationship-focused approach.
  • Proven track record of delivering tailored solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Stable career history, reflecting commitment and reliability.
