We’re assisting a prominent insurance firm in hiring a motivated and results-driven High-Net-Worth (HNW) New Business Executive.

The primary purpose of this role is to identify, acquire, and manage new HNW clients while delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, acquire, and manage new HNW clients.
  • Deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed new business targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales, specifically targeting HNW clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding new business targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products for HNW individuals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities.

DAY-TO-DAY

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Develop and present tailored insurance solutions to individuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

EXPERIENCE

  • Building long-term client relationships and working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively.
  • Deep understanding of the HNW market and the ability to identify and address unique client requirements.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
