Job description

An ambitious Insurance professional is sought by a leading Insurance group who have a fantastic opportunity available to join them in their stunning Winchester office as a HNW Insurance Sales Executive, where you will be joining a highly successful yet warm and friendly team of other insurance professionals.

As a Sales Executive within their small team of 14, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of personal lines clients, handling outbound sales, driving new business acquisition, and managing inbound sales to ensure a positive customer experience. Your duties will also include meeting regulatory frameworks, business development, and promoting effective team collaboration. This dynamic role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and business acumen. Therefore, you must be an experienced personal lines insurance professional to be considered.

You will be self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to promote the organisation at every opportunity to achieve both the business's goals and your personal targets.

To qualify for this role, you need at least 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience, including experience with new business. A great telephone manner and a passion for providing exceptional service to business customers are essential.

Equally important is your attitude and genuine desire to achieve the best customer outcomes, as this is what the company is renowned for. Due to significant investment in staff training and development, the company seeks applicants interested in a long-term career-focused role.

Office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The salary ranges from £30,000 to £40,000 basic, depending on experience, plus bonuses available after successful completion of your probation period.
