Location: 14 Westfield Ave, Stratford, London E20 1HZ
Office Based
Hourly rate: £17.72
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday Split shift schedule 8am-11am & 3pm-7pm (Must complete both shifts each day)

List of Duties/Responsibilities:
Sitting within HMRC's Knowledge, Analysis and Intelligence (KAI) directorate is an area called the Hub for Evidence, Assurance, Research and Technology (HEART). It is a very supportive, friendly and dynamic team, offering excellent development opportunities, strong professional and pastoral support.
These roles sit within a specialist Grade 6 area within HEART which leads on the management of HMRC's Datalab. The HMRC Datalab is a secure facility that enables external researchers to access HMRC Data for research purposes. The HMRC Datalab hosts data provided from different KAI analysis teams and makes that data available for use by researchers external to the department. The primary role of the Datalab Coordinators is to facilitate safe and regular access to the HMRC Datalab for external researchers.
Each of the job holders will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Internal Datalab coordination:
Maintaining relationships with stakeholders including estates, security and reception colleagues.
Keeping front-of-house reception and security colleagues aware of which external researchers will be using the Datalab each day in advance, to ensure only authorised access is granted to the Datalab.
Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure all health, safety and security protocols for researchers is facilitated and adhered to (like the UK Data Service's 5 Safes Framework).
Logging transfer requests between HMRC and Datalab systems and tracking of completed transfers.
Adhering to relevant data security protocols to ensure Datalab data continues to be handled appropriately.
