Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Business Services Coordinator to join our team on an initial 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Services Team colleagues to provide consistent cross-business services across MIRA.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a section of MIRA within Business Services.
  • Route task requests to the appropriate team, such as Business Services, Project Management Office, Sales Front Office, Customer Services, Procurement, or other central functions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance consistency, efficiency, and reduce duplication and waste, and report these to the Business Services Team leader.

Additional Details:

  • This is a temporary contract of up to 12 months.
  • Inside IR35.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.25 hours per week, on-site (Monday-Thursday 08:50 - 17:15, Friday 08:50 - 16:15). No hybrid working options are available.
