Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for exciting opportunities in Leeds, Wakefield, and the surrounding areas? About the Role:

As an HLTA with Protocol Education, you will play a vital role in supporting both students and teachers within the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting individual and small-group learning
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
  • Providing intervention support for students who need additional assistance
  • Working closely with teachers to plan and assess pupil progress
  • Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
