Inspire Learning Every Day - Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Inner London Full Time - 35 hours/week

Start: September 2025

Permanent Salary: SO1 ( 39,150 - 40,344)


Your New Role
A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Inner London is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives by supporting high-quality learning and leading interventions across the school.

We are looking for a confident and capable HLTA who:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Has experience leading whole-class sessions and delivering targeted interventions.
  • Demonstrates strong behaviour management and the ability to work independently across age groups.
  • Has experience working in an inner-city school environment.
  • Is committed to inclusive practice and has a passion for supporting pupils with SEND.
  • Has experience or interest in trauma-informed practice (training can be provided).
  • Has led or supported staff training and development.
  • Brings a proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach to their work.
