HLTA - Redbridge-SEMH provision - ASAP 100 - 130 a day (depending on experience)

Teach360 are seeking a vibrant, energetic, hardworking HLTA for a provision located in Redbridge. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include covering and teaching lessons, as well as running interventions. As a HLTA, you will need to be empathetic and understanding, as the children you'll be teaching have various SEN needs; therefore, a patient HLTA will be perfect for this role!

As part of your role as a HLTA, you will be required to cover lessons from time to time, but your primary focus will be on guiding interventions. These interventions are designed to assist students identified with needs such as challenging behaviour, special educational needs, or mental health needs. A HLTA is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals, groups, and (in the short term) whole classes, as well as assessing, recording, and reporting on the progress of each pupil.
