Job Title: HLTA (High-Level Teaching Assistant)
Location: Luton
Rate: 110 - 130 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Term time only

We're working with a dedicated SEN school in Luton seeking an experienced, confident HLTA to join their team in September 2025. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead learning, support pupils with a range of needs, and play a key role in the classroom.

What We're Looking For:
HLTA qualification - essential
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (education or care settings)
Strong behaviour management skills and an ability to adapt to a variety of SEN needs
Confidence in delivering lessons and supporting teaching staff
A proactive, positive, and flexible approach to working in a specialist environment

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting teaching and learning across the school, including leading lessons in the teacher's absence
Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to deliver targeted interventions
Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to meet individual learning needs
Helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Contributing to planning, assessment, and classroom organisation
