Qualifications

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent Level 4 teaching assistant certificate required.

New Directions Education is seeking passionate and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our supply team, working in primary schools across the Vale of Glamorgan.
As a key member of the classroom team, you’ll support teachers, lead learning sessions, and help pupils achieve their potential across a variety of subjects and settings. Whether you’re looking for full-time work, a few days a week, or short-term placements, we offer flexible assignments that fit your lifestyle.

Requirements:
