About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated HLTAs (Higher Level Teaching Assistants) to support students' learning journeys. In this role, you'll work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality instruction, lead small group interventions, and step in to cover classes when needed. Your expertise will help bridge learning gaps and provide targeted support to students, enhancing their confidence and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities, supporting the curriculum and catering to diverse learning needs.
  • Work with students individually or in small groups to provide targeted academic interventions.
  • Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity in learning and maintaining a positive environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, offering feedback that supports growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt resources and strategies to benefit all learners.

Qualifications:

HLTA qualification or QTS

The ability to drive is desired but not essential.
