Protocol Education Limited in Ilford is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming school community.

You will support learning across a range of year groups, deliver targeted interventions, and occasionally cover classes when required, contributing to pupil achievement and development.

HLTA | Ilford | Full-Time

I am currently partnering with a number of schools in the Ilford area that are looking to recruit experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

This role would suit a confident HLTA who enjoys supporting teaching and learning, delivering interventions and occasionally covering classes when required.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or significant school-based experience
• Previous experience working within a UK school
• Experience leading small group interventions
• Ability to support learning across a range of year groups
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Strong communication and organisational skills
