Protocol Education Limited is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly Romford primary school on a full-time basis. The role involves delivering lessons in the teacher’s absence, supporting learners across the primary age range and promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an HLTA qualification or have relevant experience, with strong communication and behaviour management skills, and a passion for helping children

A friendly and supportive primary school in Romford is seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HLTA looking to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development within a welcoming school environment.

The Role

Position: Full-Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Start Date: ASAP / January 2027
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in their career, or an established HLTA looking for a new challenge within a supportive school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
