Job Title: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Location: Brigg
Pay Rate: £98.94 £114.84 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term Full-time / Part-time

Are you an experienced and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make an impact in a supportive educational environment?

GSL Education are currently seeking enthusiastic HLTA s to join schools in Brigg. This is a fantastic opportunity to support teachers in the classroom while working closely with students to help them succeed academically and emotionally.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work closely with classroom teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education.

Requirements for HLTA:

  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting, with a strong understanding of the role of an HLTA.
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • A patient and proactive approach to supporting students' learning and well-being.
  • A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
  • A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
