Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to assist KS3 and KS4 students.

Responsibilities

• Experience in a similar role or at least 5 years\' experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Experience of leading learning activities for small groups of students;
• A good understanding of important curriculum developments for students, particularly those with additional needs;

• The skills and characteristics outlined in the person specification for the role;
• An excellent record of attendance and punctuality.

Experience, Training and Qualifications

It is essential that you have experience assisting learners in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role. Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.

Eligibility

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
• Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
• Provide two professional child related references.
