St Teresa's Catholic Primary School is a one form entry school located in Basildon. We were last inspected in October 2021 and received a judgement of 'Good'.
We are very proud of our pupils who are polite, kind to one another and keen to learn. They appreciate everything that is done for them.
Who are we looking for?
We wish to appoint a HLTA who is able to take classes for PPA cover as well as support in class learning and run interventions.
We are looking for somebody with commitment, energy and drive to join our dedicated, friendly team and work closely with us to provide positive learning experiences for our pupils.
What experience are we looking for?
Experience and/or specific training in working in schools and taking classes is desirable. Knowledge of specialist subjects such as modern foreign languages, music or art could also be desirable. Experience as a HLTA or TA is also desirable.
What is the salary?
HLTA: 8.30am - 3.30pm
This is a permanent position.
Opportunities may exist to enhance salary advertised through provision of additional activities such as supporting after school or before school clubs.
What are the hours and holidays?
The post is advertised for a full-time worker working from the beginning of the school day until the end. Typically, the working pattern would be 8.30am until 3.30pm with a thirty-minute lunch break.
The school holidays, bank holidays and inset days are all holiday days.
A part time role would be considered for the right candidate.
