We are seeking to appoint a HLTA for SEND in our START Network team to provide effective support for teaching and learning in school to enable learners with additional needs to secure swift progress.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with:

  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • A general understanding of the curriculum and of classroom roles and responsibilities
  • A passion for ensuring that each and every learner flourishes and feels proud of their individual achievements
  • Relevant experience of working with young people in an educational setting
  • Ability to engage learners and a commitment to help them fulfill their potential
  • The ability to establish fair, respectful and supportive relationships
  • A high level of verbal and written communication
