HLTAs & Unqualified Teachers – Primary Schools | Medway & Swale | September Start

Academics Rochester is supporting a number of welcoming primary schools in Medway and Swale to recruit HLTAs (Higher Level Teaching Assistants) and Unqualified Teachers to deliver cover lessons across all year groups.

This is a fantastic opportunity for adaptable and confident individuals who are looking to broaden their experience in a classroom setting and contribute meaningfully to school life.

The Role

In this flexible cover role, you'll step in to lead classes when teachers are away due to:

* Sickness
* Staff training
* Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time

You may find yourself supporting a reception class in the morning and teaching Year 6 in the afternoon, so a solid understanding of the primary curriculum and strong classroom presence are essential.
